Thrill seekers, look no further. Canada’s Wonderland is home to the world’s tallest, fastest and longest dive coaster: Yukon Striker.
Find out why Canada's Wonderland in Toronto, Canada is on TIME’s 2019 list of the World’s 100 Greatest Places.
At 245 ft. tall (including underground portions) with a top speed of 80 m.p.h., the Yukon Striker has claimed the title as the world’s tallest, fastest and longest dive coaster—a model that features a 90-degree drop. This coaster plunges into an underwater tunnel, does a 360-degree loop and has floorless cars that leave riders hanging in the open air as they career along its 3,625 ft. of track for 3½ minutes of unbridled thrills. —Alejandro de la Garza
