Chi Chi DeVayne made a splash on national television when she competed in the eight season of RuPaul’s Drag Race. She made her debut entrance in Werk Room dressed in garbage bag couture and a snappy French tagline, “Laissez les bon temps roulez!” (Let the good times roll.)

Hailing from humble roots, she describes herself as a “a sassy southern dancing queen with a formidable lip-sync.”
Since Drag Race she has toured worldwide, and made numerous appearances in various web series, including Hey Qween. She recently collaborated with Randy Boo to produce an anti-hate anthem “GFY“.
On September 17, 2018, she shared on her Instagram that she was diagnosed with Scleroderma — a chronic connective tissue disease generally classified as one of the autoimmune rheumatic diseases.
“Lots of people don’t know but I was Recently diagnosed with Scleroderma I have been dealing with this over the past eight or nine months but was afraid to expose it to the public in fear of losing out on jobs and facing criticism from friends and fans…but i feel it’s finally time to let the world know what’s really going on with Chi Chi … bottling this up has had me in a state of depression …it has made me hate my appearance .. and also made me stray away from the public eye but I’m no longer hiding and living in a state of fear .. i just ask you all to keep me in your prayers as i battle with this life changing illness.”

She was cast in the television series “Little America” eight episode “The Son” as Chi Chi DeVayne, which aired January 17, 2020.
Chi Chi DeVayne was diagnosed with scleroderma in 2018. She passed away August 20, 2020 due to pneumonia, she was 34.
Chi Ch DeVayne is known for finishing on the top four of RuPaul's Drag Race season 8 and for competing in RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars season 3, finishing at 8th place.
Chi Chi DeVayne is featured in the single "Sitting on a Secret" along with fellow RuPaul's Drag Race All Stars 3 co-stars Aja, Milk, Morgan McMichaels and Thorgy Thor.
She collaborated with Randy Boo to produce an anti-hater anthem called "GFY" (Go Fuck Yourself), released February 22, 2020.
